Weiyang started a savings plan by putting 2 coins in a money box every day. Each coin was either a 20¢ or 50¢ coin. His mother also put in a $1 coin in the box every 7 days. The total value of thecoins after 182 days was $133.90.

3. Exam Format for Primary 4 Mathematics

  • Follows PSLE format

  • Duration: 2 hour 30 minutes (Paper 1, 1 hour; Paper 2, 1 hour 30 minutes)

  • Content: Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) (Paper 1) and Problem Sums (Paper 2, 12 questions, 3 to 5 marks each)
