Transparency is also the new normal, monthly meetings are held to keep the team updated on what everyone is working on and to celebrate any achievements however small!

We are all about innovating and constantly finding new ways to add value to our customers - the students.
Our growth over the past few years has been fast. From 1 outlet where we started in 2013 to 13 outlets now.
Fast growth brings about challenges and obstacles to overcome. Teams are constantly working to meet objectives after objectives, it can be hard to keep up with everything that’s going on.
But we listen to each other, have each other’s back and do whatever it takes to make the best working environment we can for everyone.

We never forget to make time out of our hectic schedule to take a breather and enjoy everyone’s company.
Triannual cohesion gatherings are held where we take time at the company’s expense (yay!) just to gather - strictly no work allowed, try something new, do some team building and most importantly have some fun!
